Mark McErvale is a seasoned property development professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including aviation, civil, commercial, industrial, residential, education, civic, sports and recreation, and health. Currently serving as Property Development Manager and Associate at Aspect Architects and Project Managers since February 2021, Mark also holds the role of Senior Project Manager at Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise, contributing to the TSBE Olympic Taskforce in preparation for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Mark previously served as Property Development Coordinator at Wagner Corporation and held multiple roles, including Manager and Projects Administrator, at Richard Adams Homes. Mark's education includes studies at TAFE Queensland and the Challenge Learning Institute, along with a high school education from Toowoomba Christian College.
