Stephen Cuthbert

Stephen Cuthbert is a seasoned professional in the building compliance and certification field, currently serving as a Building Compliance Officer at Toowoomba Regional Council since October 2022. With a diverse background, Stephen owned and directed a private building certification and energy assessment business from August 2013 to July 2023.
