Kathy Secrist

Kathy Secrist has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Kathy started their career at Huntington Service Company in 1987, where they worked as a Data Analyst and later became a System Administrator and Senior Programmer/Analyst. In this role, they managed multiple projects, installed and configured hardware and software, and integrated software applications with the user interface. Kathy also worked as an Information Resource Center Consultant at Huntington, where they developed and coordinated customized training programs for business area users.

In 1997, Kathy joined Wendy's International, Inc. as a Senior Data Analyst, where they evaluated, selected, and implemented data modeling software tools. Kathy developed and supported data models for various applications, including PeopleSoft Human Resources and Finance.

In 2001, Kathy transitioned to The Wendy's Company as a BI and Analytics Development Manager. In this role, they managed a team of analysts and engineers, designed and developed Business Intelligence applications, and had accountability for annual operating project budgets.

Most recently, Kathy worked at TOP Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. Kathy managed workforce innovation predictive analytics projects for OhioHealth, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Kathy also worked with the Project Management Office to provide project governance and manage resource allocations, work breakdown structure, status reporting, and project budget.
