Scott Parrino has had a long and varied career in the video game industry. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as Editor-in-Chief at GamePlasma Network, where they assisted and oversaw operations of the website, assigned and edited product reviews, previews, and articles to writing staff, and contacted and maintained professional contacts with video game publishers, developers, and public relation groups. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as Editor-in-Chief at Wargamer Ltd, where they wrote articles and news related to wargame subjects, to the community, and of the industry, and managed a team of writers to assign projects and assignments. From 2012 to 2013, Scott worked as Public Relations Manager at SLITHERINE SOFTWARE UK LIMITED. In 2013, they worked as Public Relations Assistant at Tri Synergy, Inc., where they wrote press releases, product information sheets, connected with video game press and community, and worked with developers to link with the community and press. From 2014 to present, Scott has been working at Top Driver as Regional Manager, Training Manager, and Lead Instructor. As Regional Manager, they manage daily operations of locations and classrooms, creates schedules for instructors in region to conduct lessons for students, and recruits new instructors as well as conducts evaluations of current instructors to maintain positive customer service. As Training Manager, they train new and current instructors on curriculum and in behind-the-wheel training sessions with students, and assists lead instructors in classroom instruction, office location management, organizing records and paperwork, as well as working with employees. As Lead Instructor, they educate students about the rules of the road, driving manners, safe driving habits, and proper car control, as well as how to react in driving situations on the road, and provides personal behind-the-wheel instruction to increase student's experience and driving ability.
Scott Parrino obtained an Associate's degree in History from Eastern Illinois University between 2002 and 2008. Scott previously attended Victor J Andrew High School between 1998 and 2002, where they studied History, Journalism, English, Writing, and Theater. Scott also holds a Driver Instruction certification.
