Krista Ridgeway

Krista Ridgeway's work experience spans over a decade, starting in 2011. Krista began their career at The Reserves Network as a Staffing Supervisor in August 2011 and later transitioned to the role of Training Coordinator in August 2013. In May 2015, Krista became a Training Manager before leaving the company in September 2015. After that, they joined Top Echelon Software, where they held multiple roles. From September 2015 to December 2016, they worked as a Training Specialist. Krista then moved up to the position of Operations Manager and held the role until May 2019. In May 2019, Krista became a Product Owner and worked in that position until June 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Product at Top Echelon Software, a role they have held since June 2022.

Krista Ridgeway attended Green High School from 2003 to 2007. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics at John Carroll University from 2007 to 2011.
