Andrea B.

Andrea B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Top Farmacia, a position they acquired in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Hippocrates Holding S.p.A. starting from March 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Andrea worked at Safilo as the Chief Digital Officer, spearheading digital initiatives within the company. Before that, they served as the Group Digital Business Director at Benetton Group, where they led the restructuring of consumer touchpoints and the establishment of a Digital Hub.

Andrea's career began in 2005 at Metasystem, where they worked as a Sales Area Manager. Andrea then joined Max Mara Fashion Group in 2007, rising through various roles such as Group Global Digital and eCommerce Director and Operation & Innovation Director.

Throughout their work experience, Andrea demonstrated their expertise in digital strategy, e-commerce development, team management, and cross-company collaboration. Andrea successfully launched multiple e-commerce websites, implemented customer-centric approaches, and established efficient production processes.

Andrea B. has an extensive education history. In 1999, they began their studies at the Università degli Studi di Parma, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Telecommunication Engineering. Andrea completed this degree in 2004.

Following their undergraduate studies, Andrea participated in an internship at the University of Michigan in 2004. During this internship, they focused on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan.

In 2007, Andrea pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Profingest. Andrea completed their MBA program in the same year.

Most recently, in 2019, Andrea attended Bologna Business School. Andrea undertook a class in Big Data Analytics and completed the course in the same year.

Additionally, Andrea has obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2021, they obtained the certifications of AgileLearn Scaled Agile Master Certified and ScrumLearn Scrum Product Owner Certified from iLEARN Innovative Learning. In 2022, they earned a Design Sprint Masterclass Certificate from AJ&Smart.
