Leon Tan Kuan Leong

Leon Tan Kuan Leong has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the rubber glove industry with Top Glove since May 2017. In the current role as Assistant Head of Factory, Leon oversees daily operations and ensures efficient production processes meet quality standards. Previous positions include Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities involved managing overall factory operations and costing, and Manufacturing Assistant Manager, focusing on several departments and leading a team of 55 personnel. Earlier experience includes leadership roles as Boiler & Chlorination Senior Engineer and Boiler Senior Engineer, emphasizing operational improvement and cost-saving initiatives in boiler operations. Leon began professional development with internships at Accenture and Seremban Engineering Berhad, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from UCSI and prior education emphasizing science subjects.
