Calum McCullough has extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as Manager of Growth Sales & Customer Success at Top Hat since June 2021, where previous roles included Team Lead Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Calum worked at JAM from September 2011 to June 2021, holding several positions such as Sales Associate, Customer Experience Manager, Event Manager, and League Associate. Calum holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
