Jeff Tekavcic

Jeff Tekavcic serves as the Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Top Hat, where leadership encompasses digital and print fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management. As the founder of Circle Valley Consulting, Jeff specializes in strategic business planning and marketing for small to medium enterprises, particularly in retail and e-commerce. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include Lunchy Inc., a service connecting parents for school lunches, and Urban Nature Store, which evolved into a multi-channel retail operation. Jeff's experience also includes key roles in the MaRS Discovery District, where oversight of the Start Program supported early-stage startups, and at TreeHelp Ltd., where development of a successful e-commerce platform was achieved. Educational accomplishments include an altMBA program and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen's University.
