Susie Liebschner

Susie Liebschner is an accomplished professional in client success and relationship management with a strong background in higher education technology. Currently serving as the Enterprise Client Lead at Top Hat since March 2024, Susie previously held the position of Senior Client Success Manager at HelioCampus from November 2021 to March 2024, and Customer Success Manager at Perishable Shipping Solutions from November 2020 to July 2021. Prior experience includes extensive roles at Turning Technologies, where Susie advanced from Implementation Specialist to Senior Client Success Leader, and Account Manager, fostering successful software implementations and maintaining client satisfaction.
