Karen Williams

Karen Williams is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach with a strong background in training and development. Karen has held various coaching and leadership roles in companies such as Argo Group, Capital One, and prize1924. Karen is also a member of the Board of Directors at WEAG and works as a Senior Leadership and DEI coach/consultant at Top Line Growth Partners. Additionally, Karen serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and holds degrees in Business Administration, Leadership Coaching, and Anthropology.
