Leslie Wright

Leslie Wright is an accomplished economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Coordinator at the Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG) since November 2022, overseeing the Economic Development and Planning Department's initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as an Economic Development Specialist, providing technical support and grant administration in Alabama, and as a Community Development Specialist at the Southwest Iowa Planning Council, where significant contributions included disaster relief and regional planning. Additionally, Leslie's background encompasses a role as a Family Engagement and Attendance Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA, along with program management and intern positions relevant to policy and legislative activity.
