Katelyn also serves as the Director of Operations, Product Manager, and Data Analyst at Top Shelf Distillers, where responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, analyzing data for performance metrics, and managing multiple product lines. Previous positions include roles at Clocktower Brew Pub and Mercury Lounge as a Bartender, where customer relationship management was a key focus.
