Joseph Sortino

Joe works closely with the operations, marketing, financing, and estimating departments at Top Shelf Electric. His ability to motivate a large group of people to achieve a common goal has been a large part of his successful 16 years in the electrical contracting/consulting industry. He is a visionary who evolves with the times, keeping the company steps ahead of the competition.

Joe played an instrumental role in the success of multiple projects at Top Shelf Electric, including the 80 Broad Street project which was a complete service remediation and relocation of (3) 4000A service distributions which needed to be completed in an excruciating pace due to the building being a victim of Hurricane Sandy. Joe’s work on 80 Broad was responsible for saving the owners millions of dollars. Another large project Joe oversees is the Stapleton Waterfront project in Staten Island, NY. This project consists of (2) mixed use buildings with 571 residential units.

Joe’s key role at Top Shelf is to successfully grow the company’s client base and effectively manage an ever-growing workforce. He holds his New York, New Jersey, and Westchester Electrical Contracting Licenses.
