David A. York

David York is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment management. As the Founder and Managing Director of Top Tier Capital Partners, David leads strategic initiatives and investment opportunities. David also contributes to the governance of multiple organizations as a member of the Board of Directors for both NESsT and the National Venture Capital Association. Prior to these roles, David served as CEO and Managing Director at Paul Capital Investments and held the position of General Partner at Paul Capital Partners. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, earned between 1980 and 1984.
