Christian Schroeter

Christian Schroeter has held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry since 2003. Christian began their career at Merck KGaA as Senior Manager Exploratory Development in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Merck Serono as Director of Liquid Production. In 2011, they were appointed as Site Director at EMD Serono, Inc. In 2013, they held the role of Director Solids Packaging (ad interim) at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Merck Gruppe, holding roles such as Head of Strategy, Global Healthcare Operations, Senior Director Pharma Business Integration, Manufacturing Business Partner for Global General Medicine and Endocrinology Business Franchise, Head of Pharma Operations APAC, and Head of Asean Sites and Pharma Network Operations. Currently, they are Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at Topas Therapeutics GmbH.

Christian Schroeter received a Dr. in Immunology from the University of Tübingen in 1999, and a Dipl. Biochem. in Biochemistry from the same university in 1996.
