Francie Doster has extensive experience in recruiting and project management within the technology consulting and staffing industries. As Director of Recruiting at TopBloc from June 2017 to February 2019, Francie led recruitment efforts for a firm specializing in Workday deployment and support services. Prior to that, as Recruiting Manager at CareerBuilder from February 2016 to June 2017, responsibilities included coordinating project timelines and fostering accountability among internal sales teams and external clients. Francie's tenure at Insight Global from March 2009 to February 2016 included roles as National Account Coordinator, assisting with onboarding and recruitment, and Technical Recruiter, consulting on role-specific skills.
