ynn Cohen is TopBloc’s Vice President of Customer Experience, focused on the Office of the CHRO. Lynn has over 25 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience spanning HCM systems, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. She holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

With her deep functional knowledge of the Workday HCM suite, Lynn is well-versed in how to best leverage Workday’s functionality to build better business processes – especially for organizations with complex organizational structures. Beyond her HR qualifications, Lynn is also a Retail industry thought leader who is frequently called upon to share her expertise at industry events.
