Rohith Sasikumar

Rohith Sasikumar currently serves as the Director of Operations at TopBuild, overseeing Operations, Continuous Improvement, Procurement, and Engineering across 27 locations since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rohith held various positions at Eaton from January 2011 to March 2023, including Plant Manager for both a $180M plant and a $25M plant, managing P&L responsibilities and overall plant functions, as well as serving as the Quality/OPEX Manager and Operational Excellence Manager, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement in an ITAR regulated Aerospace context. Early career experience includes roles as a Production Supervisor and Senior Quality Engineer. Rohith holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Engineering from Broward College.
