Joanne Leonardi

Joanne Leonardi serves as the Senior Director of Member Development and Business Unit Lead at Topco Associates LLC since February 2016. Prior to this role, Joanne was the Director of Health & Beauty Care at Ahold Nederland from September 2007 to February 2016, demonstrating significant success in merchandising and strategic business planning within the beauty and health sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of General Merchandise and Health and Beauty Care at Giant Food Stores LLC, where a strong emphasis was placed on leading teams and achieving record results. Joanne also pioneered the data integrity department at Rite Aid and held the position of Regional Vice President, overseeing substantial sales and financial responsibilities. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1979 and 1983.
