Melissa Schlenker

Melissa Schlenker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development within the food industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Member Development at Topco Associates LLC since February 2013, Melissa focuses on providing innovative solutions for member-owners, enhancing competitive advantages through collaboration. Previously, as Senior Program Manager for Indirect Spend, Melissa led a team that improved sales and client participation rates. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Customer Management at NuVal LLC, where Melissa expanded retailer partnerships significantly, and Manager of Organization & Associate Development at Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, leading training initiatives. Earlier in a managerial capacity at Accenture, Melissa directed change management projects. Melissa holds an M.Ed. in Administration, Training & Policy Studies from Boston University and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Rhode Island.
