Rita Fleyshov

Rita Fleyshov, MBA, is a highly experienced professional in procurement and strategic sourcing with a focus on health and wellness. Rita currently holds the position of Director of Procurement - Health & Wellness at Topco Associates LLC since January 2023. Prior to this, Rita worked at Baxter International Inc. as an Associate Director of Global Indirect Procurement - Professional Services, Marketing, Digital, and R&D from July 2018 to December 2022. Rita also gained valuable experience at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Group Procurement Manager for Global Indirect - Professional Services from September 2016 to July 2018. Before that, Rita held positions at Baxalta, Cardinal Health, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Walgreens, where they demonstrated expertise in various aspects of procurement and category management.

Rita Fleyshov holds an MBA degree in Business Strategy from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and a second MBA degree in Business Strategy from the University of Notre Dame. Rita also has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from DePaul University. For their undergraduate education, Rita obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associates degree in Arts and Sciences from William Rainey Harper College. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Sears Holdings Corporation, which they obtained in 2013.
