Kevin Ward

Kevin Ward, SPHR CCP CBP, possesses extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits at Topcon Positioning Systems since January 2017, following a role as Director in the same area. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Director, Compensation and Benefits at Gymboree from June 2014 to December 2016. Kevin's career began at Cost Plus World Market, where Kevin worked from April 2003 to June 2014, progressing through roles including Director of Benefits, Compensation & HRIS, HRIS Manager, and HR Manager for Stores. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University - East Bay, earned between 1997 and 2002.
