Nicole Eisenschenk is an experienced Trip Leader at Topdeck Travel, specializing in providing engaging cultural and historical experiences for young travelers across Europe since April 2018. Nicole also contributes to Stetson University as an Alumni Member of the Management Quality Enhancement Committee. Previously, Nicole was a Graduate Student at the University of Malta and served as an ESL Consultant at Wall Street Institute and Wall Street International in Thailand, recognized as a sought-after teacher among peers. Nicole's background includes roles in hospitality and customer service, including Associate Manager at Regal Entertainment Group, where problem-solving and conflict resolution skills were honed, as well as training new staff. Academically, Nicole holds two Master's Degrees in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and Conflict Resolution and Mediterranean Security from George Mason University and the University of Malta, along with a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Stetson University.
