Brigitta Zsom

Brigitta Zsom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brigitta began their career as an intern at Pro Regio Development Agency in 2010. Brigitta later worked as a Research Assistant at IKU Innovation Research Centre, where they participated in a FP7 project and conducted data analysis and interviews.

In 2011, Brigitta became a PhD student at Eötvös Loránd University, focusing on information communication technologies and spatial inequalities in e-government development. During their PhD studies, they also taught statistics to bachelor students.

Brigitta then worked as a Statistical Analyst at the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, where they coordinated household surveys and managed databases. Brigitta collaborated with experts in different disciplines and had multiple responsibilities including editing, imputing, and matching data.

Brigitta joined TOPdesk in 2016 and held various roles within the company. As a Software Tester, they planned the testing process and created test plans using risk assessment. Brigitta later became a Release Coordinator, improving the release process and raising awareness about release management within the company. Brigitta then transitioned to the role of Scrum Master, working with cross-functional scrum teams and contributing to scaling up the organization.

Currently, Brigitta is a Talent Lead at TOPdesk, guiding individuals' personal growth through coaching and helping colleagues find their place in the organization where they can develop their skills best. Brigitta sets clear expectations and provides follow-up support.

Brigitta Zsom obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Eötvös Loránd University, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Geography at the same university, completing it from 2009 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Brigitta obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in August 2022. Prior to that, they earned a certification as a life and business coach from Coachingcentrum in June 2021.
