User Experience Researcher at TOPdesk

Florencia Madeo Antolik has diverse work experience in the field of user experience and research. In their current role as a User Experience Researcher at TOPdesk, they manage and conducts user experience studies independently while also collaborating on company-wide projects related to setting up processes and documentation for the UX Research team. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Researcher for the CONEXUS Project at Breathe/Respirar, where they co-created nature-based solutions across multiple cities in Europe and Latin America. Florencia specialized in the "Hubbing-Sharing-Clustering" work package, conducting research on team necessities, capacity building, and mapping opportunities.
