Kristine Lemos

Kristine Lemos is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Simpson Strong-Tie since August 2023, focusing on user-guided software development within the Construction Industry through cross-collaboration. Previously, Kristine served as a User Experience Researcher at lululemon, conducting cross-functional work to enhance web and mobile experiences, and at Balto, where Kristine implemented scalable research processes and advocated for customer-focused decisions. Additionally, Kristine led user experience research at Brooks Running, delivering valuable insights to digital product and marketing teams, and conducted exploratory research for a small studio. Kristine has also completed contract projects in UX design and research. Academic credentials include an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from UC Irvine, a User Experience Design certification from UC San Diego Extended Studies, and studies at Drexel University.
