Lara Altenstein-Fricke

Lara Altenstein-Fricke has had a diverse range of work experiences. Lara started their career as an Event Caterer at Kongress + Kursaal Bern AG in 2015 and later moved to Konzert Theater Bern as an Event Caterer as well. In 2018, Lara interned as a Human Resources Intern at Tradin Organic, where they assisted with HR operations and supported the implementation of a Talent Development Program. In 2019, they joined One2change as a Junior Learning & Change Consultant, helping clients improve their learning processes and facilitate change. Currently, Lara is working at TOPdesk as a Talent Lead, guiding and empowering colleagues to unlock their potential and achieve their professional goals. Lara also works as an IT/Service Management Consultant, providing customized advice and training to customers.

Lara Altenstein-Fricke has pursued a well-rounded education in the field of psychology. Lara began their academic journey by completing their Matura in Geistes- und Humanwissenschaften at Gymnasium Kirchenfeld Bern from 2008 to 2013. Lara then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree (cum laude) in Psychologie from the University of Bern, attending from 2014 to 2017. Lara further enhanced their knowledge and skills by obtaining a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, where they studied from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Lara has obtained several certifications. Lara earned the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PRINCE2.com in August 2019. Lara also achieved the Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2) from Cambridge Assessment English in January 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the Master of Science in Psychology degree from Leiden University - Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences in February 2019.

Lara has continued their professional development by obtaining additional qualifications. Lara completed the Coachend Leiderschap program at YEARTH Academy in December 2022.
