Rob Haaring

Rob Haaring has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rob started their career as a Teacher at ISW in 2005, where they filled in for a sick colleague and taught physical education for about 12 hours per week at a high school. In 2005, they also worked as a Trainer at Achmea for a year.

In 2006, Rob joined TOPdesk as an Account Manager and later transitioned to the role of HR Advisor in 2007. Rob served as an HR Advisor until 2011 when they were promoted to HR Manager. In 2018, they took on the position of CFO at TOPdesk, where they are currently employed.

Rob Haaring began their education at Interconfessioneel Westland College from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained their VWO degree. Rob then attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Teacher Training for Physical Education. Haaring continued their education at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2009 to 2012, studying Sociology. Rob furthered their studies at de Baak from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Haaring pursued additional education at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2020 to 2021 through a program called "The New CFO," which also emphasized Business Administration and Management. Rob'smost recent educational endeavor took place at Nyenrode Business University, where they participated in the New Board Program from 2023 to 2024, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
