Sven Israel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sven is currently working as a Software Tester at TOPdesk since December 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Sonos, Inc. where they held two roles - Senior Customer Experience Specialist from August 2021 to December 2021, and Senior Technical Support Engineer from February 2013 to August 2021. Before joining Sonos, Inc., Sven worked at IBM as a Workstream Leader from April 2010 to March 2012 and at COMBERA GmbH as a Team Leader/Team Coordinator from September 2009 to March 2010. Sven began their career at Nike as a Customer Service Representative from 2002 to 2004.

Sven Israel obtained a Diploma of Education in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry from Friedrich von Hof GmbH & Co.KG, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including Docker for Windows from LinkedIn in December 2021, Learning Jira Software from LinkedIn in September 2021, Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2021, and Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2021.
