Elizabeth Tschetter has extensive experience in library services and customer support, currently serving as a Public Services Specialist at Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library since April 2019. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Assistant Director at Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library, where responsibilities included programming, budgeting, and technological services management. Elizabeth's professional background also includes roles as a Test Administrator at Prometric Testing and as a Customer Service Representative across various organizations, demonstrating strong skills in client support and problem-solving. Elizabeth holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing from The University of Kansas.
