Hayley Miller-Swisher is an experienced Electronic Resources Librarian at Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library since May 2013, also serving as a Public Services Specialist and Library Associate. Responsibilities include assisting library patrons, addressing research inquiries, managing community engagement initiatives, and promoting library programs and services through various channels. Previous experience as a Keyholder/Buyer at The Toy Store involved customer service, inventory management, and staff training. Hayley holds a Master of Library & Information Science with a focus on Archives Studies from Emporia State University and dual degrees in Health Science and Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Washburn University.
