Ghada Tabikh

Ghada Tabikh has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Ghada is currently the Head of Human Resources at Topflight Apps, where they are responsible for implementing HR initiatives, employee retention tactics, and building an engaging work environment. Ghada also leads the Talent Acquisition department.

Prior to their current role, Ghada worked at Vezeeta as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. In this position, they oversaw recruitment for technical departments across multiple countries, managed and developed a team of Talent Acquisition members, and implemented various HR initiatives such as performance management and training programs.

Before Vezeeta, Ghada held roles at G42 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Lead, where they managed various HR functions, including employee relations, training, recruitment, and compliance. Ghada also worked at Algorythma as a Senior Technical Recruiter, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for multiple startups, and at DarkMatter LLC as a Technical Recruiter, managing recruitment for mid-level to senior management roles.

Ghada began their career at IBM as a Regional Recruitment Coordinator, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, and at Bayt.com as a Recruitment Specialist, where they drafted job descriptions, screened applicants, and maintained client relationships.

Ghada Tabikh obtained a Master's Degree (Double) in 2014 from EADA Business School, with a focus on Masters in Business Management and Masters in Hospitality Management & Tourism. In 2015, they received a Human Resource Business Professional Certification (HRBP) - CP from SHRM / HR Certification Institute. Ghada also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. Ghada has additional certifications as a Linkedin Certified Professional-Recruiter, obtained in June 2018 from LinkedIn Certification, and as a SHRM-CP, obtained in July 2015 from SHRM.
