Raidel Ruiz

Raiden Ruiz is the current Chief Technical Officer at Topflight Apps, and was previously the Vice President of Software Engineering at StatRA. Raidel has led global teams of software engineers, quality assurance experts, and DevOps personnel through periods of very high growth. Raidel is an expert in agile and lean practices, as well as continuous measurement of team success.

Raiden's main achievements include building engineering teams and practices for product scale, creating a strategy to migrate platforms to the cloud, leading the decoupling from a monolith application to a microservices architecture, and creating a product delivery lifecycle optimized for rapid test-and-learn cycles while still providing the uptime, quality, and predictability required by enterprise customers.

Raiden is skilled in a variety of technologies, including PHP7, Laravel, Test Driven Development (TDD), AWS, Nginx, MYSQL, jQuery, New Relic, Rabbit MQ, Redis, SCRUM, and the Atlassian Suite.

Raiden Ruiz has a BS in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad de las Ciencias Informaticas. Raidel specializes in Computer Science and is currently working as a software engineer.
