David Schmolke

David Schmolke is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Topgolf since September 2014, David previously held the role of Operations Manager within the same company. Prior to that, David was General Manager at Twin Peaks Restaurants and Texas Wings, showcasing a strong track record of success in financial management and operations. David began their career at HMC, where a series of promotions led to the position of General Manager, and also held a General Manager role at HOA, demonstrating effective leadership and performance from the early stages of the career. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ferris State University, earned in 1996.
