Ian

Ian Ma is a seasoned professional in growth analytics and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Growth Analytics at Topgolf since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ian held several positions at Upbound Group from June 2016 to August 2023, advancing from Manager to Senior Director in Strategy and Operations Analytics. Ian also gained valuable experience as a Finance MBA Intern at Kimberly-Clark in summer 2015 and as a Business Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance from May 2011 to August 2014. Ian earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Business Analytics from SMU Cox School of Business between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2005 to 2011.
