Eric Eisen

Vice President Of Business Development at Topgrading

Eric Eisen has over 20 years of experience in business operations and development. Eric began their career in 1998 as the Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer of Sportography, a startup photography business specializing in local recreational youth sports leagues. Eric grew the business from a basement startup into the largest youth sports photography business in the United States, at peak service spanning 15 states. In 2008, the company was acquired by Lifetouch National School Studios.

From 2008 to 2016, Eric Eisen was the Sales/Operations Manager at Lifetouch Sports & Special Events. Eric was retained by Lifetouch post acquisition and led the business unit to a top-line revenue increase of 300% over a 7-year period. Eric was responsible for a $10M P&L with accountability for division success, and oversight of strategic planning, sales, marketing, business development, finance, IS, and operations.

From 2016 to 2019, they were the National Operations Manager at Glossy Finish by Lifetouch. Eric oversaw all operations for an established, multi-state division and designed and implemented a process to in-source the entire pre-production operation, allowing the company to deliver product faster, at a higher quality, for less cost.

In 2019, Eric Eisen became the Principal at Humanly, a company that is redesigning behavioral health to become more accessible, approachable, and utilized.

Most recently, in 2021, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Topgrading, a system and standard for improving the productivity, profitability, and progress of an organization by recruiting, hiring, and developing teams of top performers.

Eric Eisen attended Northwestern University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
