Roland Fleck

Roland Fleck has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC & SNAP Freight Management since September 2009. Under Roland's leadership, TopHAT has established itself as a 3PL provider known for white glove delivery, LTL product delivery, and product distribution, with a presence across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kentucky, offering nationwide service. Prior to this role, Roland was the CEO of Lone Star Movers, INC from January 2001 to September 2009, specializing in intrastate household goods transport. Roland holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ECC and completed education at Streamwood High School.
