Rita Iglesias Gándara

Rita Iglesias Gándara has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as an Actress & Music Performer for multiple productions. In 2014 they worked as a Production Director for Noche de Repálagos theatre company, managing the company's finances, production, marketing and distribution, and planning and coordinating one different show per week. In 2018 they worked as a Game Master for El Secreto Escape Room. From 2019 to present, they have been a Front-end Developer at Z1, responsible for building and helping in dozens of digital products, building new user-facing features, squashing bugs, working with a team and as a solo developer. Rita has also been working on different React+Typescript projects from scratch using Redux and Apollo+GraphQL. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Topi.

Rita Iglesias Gándara is currently pursuing an Ultimate Go degree from Ardan Labs, which they began in 2022. In 2021, they completed a Ruby on Rails Tutorial from Michael Hartl. In 2020, they completed a Become a React Developer Nanodegree from Udacity. In 2019, they completed a Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity and a Specialization Fundamentals of Computing in Computer Science from Rice University. Rita also completed Learn Enough Society Tutorials from Learn Enough to Be Dangerous in the same year. From 2010 to 2014, they attended the Higher College of Performing Arts of Seville at Universidad de Sevilla, where they studied Acting. From 1999 to 2009, they attended Tui Conservatory of Music, where they obtained a Violin Middle Grade. Additionally, Rita Iglesias Gándara has obtained three certifications: an English B2 from Chatterbug in November 2022, an Ultimate Go: Syntax from Ardan Labs in October 2022, and a Programa Especializado - Fundamentals of Computing from Coursera in May 2019.
