Andrew Legierse

Andrew Legierse, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Strategic Growth and M&A at Topicus, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew accumulated extensive experience in corporate development and strategic initiatives at Unit4 from December 2016 to December 2022. Andrew's professional background also includes managerial and consulting positions in corporate finance at PwC from November 2014 to November 2016 and earlier roles in capital markets advisory at PwC between March 2012 and October 2014. Andrew began the career at Rabobank Nederland as ROL from October 2008 to February 2012 and completed an internship at Quore Capital in late 2011. Academically, Andrew holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master of Science in International Economics and Business from Utrecht University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from Utrecht University.
