Bart Remers

Bart Remers has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Bart currently serves as the Global HR Director at Topigs Norsvin since 2015. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Manager for the Netherlands, Greece, and Turkey at Dialog Semiconductor from 2013 to 2015. From 2009 to 2013, Bart worked at Merck as the Associate Director of the HR Shared Service Center and previously as an HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2009. Bart also held HR Business Partner roles at Organon from 2006 to 2007. Bart started their career as an HR Consultant at SNT in 2000 and later moved on to become the HR Manager for Region Twente - Achterhoek at Randstad for a brief period. In 2000, they also served as an HR Advisor at de Jong & Laan accountants. Prior to that, Bart worked as an HR Consultant at Oad Reizen from 1999 to 2000.

Bart Remers has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1999. Bart also has a Master of Science degree in Executive Master of Management & Organisation (MMO) from TIAS School for Business and Society, completed in 2012. In 2017 and 2018, they attended PAO Psychologie, where they received an EQA certified training Coach practitioner's level in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Organizational Leadership at IMD, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
