Monique Michalec

Monique Michalec currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development, Key Accounts - Contract Manufacturing at TOPIX Skin Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, Monique held the position of Vice President of Sales at Advanced Beauty Labs from October 2018 to June 2025, and earlier worked as a Sales Executive. Experience includes a brief tenure as a New Product Development Intern at ERNO LASZLO in 2018 and several roles at Clean Beauty Collective Inc., including Field Team Trainer and various internships focused on social media management and product development. Monique completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at the University of Delaware in May 2018, following a High School Diploma from Steinert High School in June 2014.
