Jaap Haaksema

Jaap Haaksema is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at TopMondzorg since April 2023, where a team of around 4,000 colleagues aims to provide comprehensive dental care. Prior to this role, Jaap held various leadership positions, including Director of Pharmacies at BENU Nederland, overseeing approximately 350 pharmacies and managing a workforce of 3,500 employees. Additional experience includes board and advisory roles at Deltion College, PharmaPartners, and involvement in multiple operational and commercial management capacities across different organizations, including Mediq and KLM.
