Kiley Foster, aPHR

Kiley Foster, aPHR, has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Kiley began their professional career as a Sales Associate at lucy activewear in 2013, where they excelled in tailoring product marketing to enhance sales and providing exceptional customer service. In 2014, Kiley moved on to De Anza Cupertino Aquatics, where they served as a Pre-competitive Supervisor and focused on training and supervising team members to ensure their success. Kiley then transitioned to working as a Mentor, Life Coach, and Operation Events Coordinator at Athletes in Action in 2015, where they organized competitions, facilitated campus engagement, and recruited and coached collegiate athletes. In 2020, Kiley joined Target as a Human Resource Expert, where they fostered a culture of trust among employees and implemented diversity and inclusion strategies. Kiley was promoted to Human Resources Team Lead in 2021, where they led store operations and collaborated with leaders to assess hiring needs and talent development. Currently, Kiley is the Human Resources Manager at Topo Designs, beginning in 2023.
