With their background as the Vice President of Operations at Exxel Outdoors and Operations Manager at Rentokil Initial, Matt has experience in managing financial operations, supply chain, IT, customer experience, HR, and legal aspects of the business. With a Bachelor's degree in Business from Missouri State University, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the outdoor industry.
