Wai Keong Foong has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Wai Keong started their career as a Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1992 and held the position until 1996. Following that, they joined the Competency Centre for Java as a Manager in 1996 and worked there until 1998. In 1998, they co-founded Ecquaria Technologies Pte Ltd and served as the Chief Executive Officer until December 2019. In December 2019, they became the Managing Director at Toppan Ecquaria and has held that position until present.
Wai Keong Foong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Western Australia, from 1980 to 1983. Later on, from 1989 to 1994, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at the University of Melbourne.
