Michael Mensah has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career at Schlumberger as a Sales Support employee from April 2001 to July 2003. Michael then joined Axalto, where they initially worked as a Technical Consultant from March 2003 to June 2004, and later as a Technical Consultant Manager from July 2004 to December 2006. After that, they joined Gemalto (now Thales Digital Identity & Security) as a Technical Manager, where they managed a team of highly skilled technical consultants and oversaw the delivery of services in the field of Mobile Telephony across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a budget of EUR 100 million. Michael worked at Gemalto from January 2007 to August 2011. Following their tenure at Gemalto, they joined FutureCard in September 2011 and held the position of VP Africa. Currently, Michael is working as the Director of Sandelorm, a position they have held since May 2018.
Michael Mensah completed their education in chronological order. From 1996 to 1999, they attended The University of Leeds, UK, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (honors) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Following that, from 1999 to 2000, they enrolled at Imperial College London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) and a Diploma of Imperial College (DIC) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
