Jay Patel

Jay Patel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Thermoforming at TOPPAN Packaging Americas since April 2025, Jay previously held key leadership roles at Sonoco, including Vice President & General Manager of Sonoco Thermoforming and various General Manager positions. Other notable positions include President at Cano Container Corporation and Associate Director of Procurement at Kraft Foods Group. Jay's career in packaging also includes significant experience at The Clorox Company and Smurfit Kappa. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire and a GNVQ Advanced in Business and Finance from Stockport College.
