Antonios Psathas Acma

Antonios Psathas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Antonios started their career as an Apprentice Officer at Costamare Shipping Co. S.A. in 1997. Antonios then worked as an Assistant Dry Cargo Broker at M. Fotopoulos Marine Ltd and subsequently as a Trainee Dry Cargo Broker at Oceancrest Chartering S.A. In 2001, they transitioned to the hospitality industry and served as the Manager of Skipper's Bar-Restaurant for four years.

In 2005, Psathas moved into the field of finance and accounting, working at Katsouris Fresh Foods, Bakkavor Group. Antonios held roles such as Costing & Production Analyst, Costing & Production Accounting Supervisor, and Commercial & Management Accountant. During their time at Katsouris Fresh Foods, they were responsible for various financial tasks, including cash flow forecasting, preparing management accounts, and analyzing sales figures.

In 2012, Psathas joined Bazooka Candy Brands International, The Topps Company, where they served as a Management Accountant and later as a Commercial Finance Manager. In these roles, they managed budget preparation and reporting, prepared financial models, and reported on customer and product profitability.

Antonios then moved to Vauxhall Motors Ltd in 2017 as a Commercial Finance Analyst, providing financial support and analysis to commercial teams within fleet sales. After a year, Psathas joined The Topps Company as the Head of Financial Planning Analysis, overseeing the commercial forecasting process and producing financial models.

In 2019, Psathas was promoted to the role of International Finance Director at The Topps Company, where they currently work.

Antonios Psathas ACMA, CGMA has a diverse education history. Antonios first attended the Merchant Marine Academy from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BCs in Maritime studies. Antonios then went on to study Maritime Economics at the University of Piraeus, Greece from 2001 to 2005, earning another BCs degree. In 2006 to 2008, Antonios pursued a MA in Management at London Metropolitan University. Most recently, from 2010 to 2016, they obtained their Qualified Management Accountant degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In 2016, they also obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification from CIMA.
