Kamruz Mannan

Kamruz Mannan is the Product Quality Manager at Topps. Kamruz has over three years of experience in leading software test engineering teams and has expertise in mobile application testing. Prior to Topps, Kamruz worked as the Lead Software Test Engineer at MLB Advanced Media, LP from July 2015 to December 2018. There, they were responsible for managing mobile application testing activities, creating detailed test plans, and writing test cases. Kamruz also worked closely with product managers to understand and test for business requirements as well as give input to product managers for new requirements when necessary.

Kamruz has a strong background in quality assurance and has helped new members to the job or teams onboard such as dev, product, as well as QA. Kamruz is skilled in managing bug tracking using Jira and test cases using Test Rail. Kamruz also has experience in debugging processes using Charles Proxy. In their previous role, they led testing of the Mobile Food Ordering application available in baseball stadiums and the Augmented Reality featured of MLB's apps.

Kamruz is detail-oriented and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving. Kamruz is a strong communicator and has provided direction for all resources during the testing cycle. Kamruz has also assisted in developing and obtaining user requirements as well as assisting Customer Support with any issues which they could not resolve.

Kamruz Mannan received their Bachelor's degree from Baruch College. Kamruz is certified as an Enrolled Agent (EA) from the Internal Revenue Service.
